Psychology & Social Sciences Power Hour

Psychology & Social Sciences Power Hour Online

This study session is open to all students in the JFK School of Psychology and Social Sciences (JFKSOPSS), SCOE ASPEC (Applied Behavioral Analysis, School Psychology, & Educational Counseling), and SOALS Department of Social & Psychological Sciences. Join us anytime during this hour to ask for help with subject-specific research questions, or to listen in with your peers for some support, guidance, and accountability.

We can help you locate tests & measurements, the DSM-5, psychology & social sciences articles and databases, and help you navigate the library. No question is too small! Note, this is an open study session; if you wish to attend a formal presentation webinar, please see the "Learn the Library: Psychology, Social Science, and Counseling Research" series, occuring on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month.

Hosted by reference & instruction librarians, Jamie Diermier, MA, MLIS and Tammy Ivins, MA, MLIS. Jamie is the subject librarian for the School of Psychology (MFT, PsyD, MSW), and Tammy specializes in the subjects of Applied Behavioral Analysis, Educational Counseling, School Psychology, Social & Psychological Sciences.

Join using this Zoom link or register for a reminder e-mail: https://nu.zoom.us/j/91737996866. This is a recurring event scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month - come as often as you'd like!
